Placing
an Order
Please
follow all of the instructions shown, filling all the required fields with the
necessary information as important. The accuracy of your data is very important
for us to be able to fill your order correctly without any delay. Please note
that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Correct billing addresses are required, as
well as confirmation, if the parts are being shipped to a different location.

Options
For
the shopper's convenience, we offer the following payment options:

We accept the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American
Express and Discover. There is no minimum order at present for transactions
done entirely on the eStore using a credit card.

International cardholders are required to fax a signed copy of both sides of
the credit card along with identification.

Customs, duties and VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer for all
items shipped outside of the U.S.A.
We
invoice for the goods and shipping charges after the product has left our
warehouse in New York. Credit cards will be authorized for the goods and
estimated shipping charges at the time the order is placed. All transactions
are processed via VeriSign using SSL 128 bit encryption.
Shipping
Methods and Rates
Packages
are shipped by the method selected by you. We ship via United Parcel Service,
Federal Express, DHL and USPS on a daily basis. Trucking services require a
scheduled pick up and can take 1-3 days to arrange.
To
ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address, as
we can not ship to Post Office Boxes unless the method of shipment is via
the USPS.
Shipping
rates are calculated based on the weight of the product and the dimensions of
the box, in addition to geographical destination and method of service. An
estimate of the freight charges will be shown online until the actual shipment
leaves our warehouse. At that time, the order will reflect the actual shipping
charges. A $3.95 handling charge is applied to all orders. At this time we do
not accept freight collect account numbers online.
Orders
for product which is available from stock are processed within 24 hours of
being placed. One to two business days should be allotted for tracking
information to update. If your order is backordered due to an out-of-stock
situation, delivery is typically 3-4 weeks ARO. Please contact us at
